This product adopts a double beam double track beam structure and is currently the largest double beam single trolley casting crane in China. The bridge is composed of two main beams and two hinged end beams. The overall layout is compact and reasonable.

All reducers adopt hard tooth surface reducers; The pulley adopts a new process of rolling, with a beautiful appearance and wear-resistant rope groove; The main load-bearing shafts are all made of forgings; To ensure assembly accuracy, an integrated manufacturing process is adopted.

The whole vehicle adopts a modular, equal strength and equal lifespan design concept, while considering more scientific ergonomics and a more reasonable matching of transmission and structural components.
